KAYE STEELE, President & Founder
Kaye has over 23 years' experience in the retirement plan administration and consulting field. She spent ten years as a consultant with W F Corroon/Buck Consultants, and was also a Vice President and Trust Officer with SunTrust Bank’s Employee Benefits Trust Department. Kaye is a graduate of Mercer University and has a Master of Business Administration from Georgia College.

LINDA J. BUCKNER
Linda is a Senior Administrator with over 27 years of experience in the employee benefits field, including administration of all types of defined contribution plans. Prior to joining Access, she worked for a firm in the Washington, DC area and spent ten years at a Nashville consulting firm. Linda holds a B.S. from Bradley University with a business major.

DEBORAH YEPSEN
Deborah has over 20 years' experience in employee benefits and retirement administration/management. Prior to joining Access as a consultant, she was with W F Corroon as a plan administrator, and was Manager, Recordkeeping Services for Central Fidelity Bank. She has a B.S. from Western Kentucky University, majoring in finance, and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist.

KAREN WOOD
Karen joined Access in 1999 as Office Manager and Assistant to the President. She has over 20 years of experience in office administration and held several supervisory positions prior to joining Access.

 

DEBORAH OSBORNE GRAY
Deborah holds the position of Client Services Manager. She has over 23 years' experience with local plan administration and consulting firms. Deborah has obtained the designations of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (CEBS) and Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI).

 

LYNN G. GEORGE
Lynn is a Senior Administrator who has performed plan administration for all types of defined contribution plans, specializing in ESOPs. She has 20 years' experience in employee benefits, including ten years with a Nashville-area benefits firm prior to joining Access. She also worked as a plan analyst for a consulting firm in New Orleans. Her B.S. is from Louisiana State University, with a major in applied statistics.

CHRIS ROOD
Chris is a Plan Administrator with 13 years of experience in the employee benefit field. Prior to joining Access Retirement Services, he worked as an asset reconciliation specialist for a local Nashville benefits firm. Chris holds a B.S. in Business Administration (with a finance concentration) from the University of Tennessee.

SEAN GRAY
Sean joined us in 2011 as a Plan Administrator. He has over 10 years' experience working in retirement plan administration. Prior to his relocation to Nashville to join our company, he worked for a large bank in Charlotte, NC as a Client Manager and subsequently in the Tampa, FL area where he served as a Senior 403(b) Plan Specialist. Sean received his B.S. from Strayer University with a major in Business Administration.

LISA MORRIS
Lisa joined Access in 2011 as Operations Manager.  She has over 20 years' experience in plan administration and compliance.  Lisa was previously an administrator with WF Corroon, an analyst with Taylor/Webster, Inc. and a compliance specialist with Midsouth Consulting Group. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Belmont University and has obtained designations as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Enrolled Retirement Plans Agent (ERPA).
